Who Will We Work With?
We will serve with CPC missionaries, Todd and Maureen Erickson. The Erickson family serves in Guatemala with Iglesia del Camino. IDC is a church in Antigua with a huge heart for missions. They use appropriate technologies and education to open doors to explain the good news of Christ Jesus, the gospel, in developing countries. More than half of Guatemalans are descendants of indigenous Mayan peoples. Westernized Mayans and mestizos (mixed European and indigenous ancestry) are known as Ladinos. Most of Guatemala's population is rural, though urbanization is accelerating. According to the US State Department, about 51% of the population lives on less than $2 a day and 15% on less than $1 a day. Guatemala's social development indicators, such as infant mortality, chronic child malnutrition, and illiteracy, are among the worst in the hemisphere.
Where Will We Stay?
Our team will stay in a small hotel in Antigua.
Only 15 spots available. Register early by paying initial deposit and completing the application form. Team Trainings will begin in the Spring.

POT ROASTS for THE LAMB CENTER
Each month, CPC extends support to The Lamb Center homeless day shelter by providing nutritious meals. The hearty pot roast, rich in vegetables and beef, serves as a healthier option for guests with diabetes or weight-control concerns. Would you like to join us in this monthly effort to assist those in need? There are multiple ways to help! Click the link below to learn more and sign-up.
God’s Garden at CPC
Each spring, CPC offers garden plots through God’s Garden — a place to grow your own fruits and vegetables while also blessing others. Gardeners are welcome to keep what they grow and are encouraged to share extras with neighbors or donate to local food pantries like the Haymarket Food Pantry. It’s a simple, hands-on way to enjoy God’s creation and care for our community.
